Yes, it's good news! Do have another go! Yours truly had a telephone interview! It seems we will be able to have the high powered PLB's (the best) and things will be in place towards the end of the year to that end. If you have one and you get in serious trouble it is a useful tool to get rescued. (Only to be used as a last resort.) Thanks for the compliment about the website.- trailrider
