Lucky you have horses that don't mind wet feet! I've been to Blackrock sands near Porthmadoc many times but we now have to contend with kite surfing, kite boarding kite sailing and ordinary kites as well as the seaweed line and dips where there's been a collapsed sandcastle! Other than that it's great!

I love riding on the beach. Ive ridden on West Whittering (bit crowded and stoney) And Holkham Beach in Norfolk which is amazing, going again next month. My horse who is usually laid back, when he hit the beach went like a rocket!!
